Hey, sorry everyone for my lack of deviations. Been busy.

This poster was created for a contest that was being run in my class. Best design got $400.00. I came in second.

Created in Illustrator and Photoshop.

well, we had to work with the clients demands (the directors of the play), and it had to represent the play and story in some fashion.

as to actual guidelines...had to be 11"x17", vert or horizontal poster, needed to have the dates of the play and the ticket number info. Play name, etc.

That about covers the guidelines, other than that, anything goes!

Wow I love it, plus 400 wow nice prize. I like it better than the current poster, not that it isn't good but this one is way better. They tend to pick the same kind of photo poster though every semester.

Rick was really pushing for the one that ended up being used, he was in love with it. I don't mind. I knew the downsides to my poster and the upsides. Getting second wasn't bad at all. Not getting any cash kind of sucked, but whatever.

Though Rick did end up asking me to give him a .pdf of it on CD so he could ad it to his archive plus he kept a copy of it that I printed. So that ended up being pretty respectable. =)
